For a gag, I tried to get a copy of my Palm palm rating, I wanted to see if they would really go through with the rating. They said they did the rating they charged me for the radio. They said they were gonna email me of the rating. If I paid the money for it, I gave them the money for it. Paid with my credit card and lo and behold. They did not send me the reading. They sent me a list of people I could talk to of. To get more information on how I can spiritually get more information on how I can improve my life and get more information on how I could spiritually be guided? They're a bunch of crooked criminals and need to be shut down for praying on innocent people.
FBI should be involved. And they should be shut down immediately.

Some minutes later they Just deducted another 19,90€ without me authorizing it. Some days later,they tried to deduct 39€ from my Bank Account saying: Nebula PayPal Lastschrift. I never subcribed anything nor provided SEPA mandatory to them. They regards my Bank Account as a Serve yourself! This app is basically a scam, I paid $1 for a free trail thing N I GOT CHARGED $49.90? FOR SMTH I DID NOT CONSENT THE PAYMENT FOR? And I did not add additional offers at all. Upon paying the $1 I had to give consent but they just ripped of my $49.90 without asking for my consent? Note: it was not a renewal or anything, it all happened within A DAY. This is such a scam 😭😭look I'm not very financially stable right here and was stupid enough to trust your $1 free trail. I need my money back please 😭

I'm out 42€ for services I never requested, I only asked for the free trial when I clicked on an ad to get a free reading and chose to provide a 1.20€ contribution then suddenly I had a deduction of an additional 19.99€ towards some report I never requested. I contacted support and was notified in email that this is a one-time transaction rather than subscription. I thought Ok maybe I made a mistake. Now I've just been charged 22.80€ out of no where. I go onto the platform and find that I'm subscribed to some weekly thing I again never requested (and as per their support reply should not be on). This is completely unacceptable. BE CAREFUL!

Please stay away from these scammers. I am initiating legal proceedings to sue this company "based" in Cyprus. They scam you to pay a dollar for a reading, then start charging you 20 dollars every single week, even though you haven't authorized it. These predators prey on good people. I will stop them.

I was attracted by an Instagram ad offering future predictions for $1. After payment and account creation on their app, I never received the prediction. Subsequently, I deleted my account and the app. Later, I found a $19.00 charge for an unsolicited subscription, a clear case of unauthorized billing. Efforts to contact customer service for a refund were futile, met only with automated responses.

I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from. All I wanted was to see if me and my partner was compatible. When they charged my bank account $19 I tried to contact them to cancel whatever I was being charged for. Made two attempts with no response from customer service. I will be placing a complaint with the BBB.

Such a rip off!

Let me start off by saying this is such a horrible horrible app to download first of all they say something about subscribing and free trial yet I got charged 53.49 when I deleted the app the same exact day I downloaded it! I requested a refund three different times, and they refuse to pay me my money back when I didn't even use the app to begin with I literally downloaded it took a look at it and deleted it the same day! Do not get this nebula horoscope is the most ripoff app I've ever downloaded in my life!

This is a scam!

I accidentally signed up for a free trial and then they began to charge me $19 every two weeks AND $19 a week under the guise of another company name "Almus LTD". They admitted that credit card statements could show both names for charges but when I reached out to get a refund they would only help with the ones under the name Nebula. My bank has confirmed that the charges are from the same subscription. Thus, I have prove I was being overcharged for the same product. DO NOT PURCHASE OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

I wanted just a report. Got charged 63€ in about 2 weeks! I didn't sign up for that, however they did it. Do not install or create an account! It's the worst!
