Can't believe I fell for it! Only wanted the results of the palm scan sent to my email, had to sign up for a free trial which pushing the "free trial" button means they immediately took 29.99 out of my account! So beware of that!Never got my free palm reading and and had to fight with support through email only! They have no customer service number! This business needs shut down!

Everything about this site is fraudulent and a scam. No 7 day free trial, no 3 day free trial. When I opted for the dollar report for palm reading it immediately charged my card for $20.38 twice in 5 secs. I go to cancel immediately and it directed me to a page I thought was a live chat box and no it was not. This is what it said to do.

I had a problem with my account being charged after an issue occurred on there website trying and trying to cancel my subscription and they reached out extremely quick and gave me a refund and apologized and took full responsibility for the mistake within 15 minutes very good service if you have issues make sure you email them and don't be angry they will help and help you fast aswell.

I should have read the reviews first. It said I could pay $:1.00 for a 7 day trial, which I did, paid through paypal. After that anytime I clicked continue, more charges was shown. I went to paypal to cancel my $ 1.00 and I see they took another $14.59 it off my account! I never authorized this charge! So I canceled both right away. STAY AWAY from this SCAM COMPANY!

I managed to get a decent report, which was what I originally paid for - they gave me a choice of what value to pay and i chose to pay £15 for it. This was charged immediately by a uk account - however I was then charged another amount to start a subscription that i did not agree too. This was apparently a monthly subscription. But a week later they then charged me another amount which they said was for a weekly subscription.
I accepted a 50% refund, just wanting to be done with them and get money back asap.
But on issuing me by supposed refund (which was £2 short) they then charged me a further £19 on the same day! Absolutely unbelievable!
DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SERVICE!
The reports lured me in and i regret ever touching any button on my phone to do with this company!

I never signed up for a subscription and was charged $45. I am making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about how they sign customers up for subscriptions they didn't want or were aware of. I want my money back. Don't purchase anything from them. They will rob you of your money.

This is a scam feeding off people's insecurities and vulnerabilities. Giving them false hope. This is wrong on so many levels. I find it extremely dangerous to play with people's lives like this. I got different answers. And they keep giving you half answers so that they can keep charging you and keep you hooked. They tell you what you want to hear. Then whatever they say will happen never happens. While charging you. It's a money making business that does not take into consideration that we are real people with real problems. They feed on your desperation for answers.

I've been charged 49.99$ for clicking on a link without confirmation required. Money have been directly withdrew and when I asked for a refund they told me only 50 % refund is possible. For something that I haven't even been asked if I want to purchase. I believe this is not legit.

I clicked into an IG advert that walked me through a questionnaire. When I finished there were a few offer pages, all with big buttons and small print. Even the "skip this offer" was in small font, right under the button, and on the phone unfortunately it was all too easy to hit the offer button when trying to "skip this offer".
The website did not inform me that it had charged the offer to my card, and so I thought I had all these free credits. The psychic I chatted with was good, it was a good experience... except for the fact that I had no expected that it would cost me $49.99! That's 50 times what I had signed up for with a $1 offer!
When I complained to customer service I was of course flooded with all these screenshots of how I had brought this on myself. Looking through the internet it seems that many others have had a similar experience. The rapidity and bulletproof nature of their response also made me feel that this is a feature, not a bug in their marketing strategy.
I'm sorry I cannot recommend this app because of its bad business practices. Being a psychic site I can only say this sort of app design and response is not sustainable is sowing bad karma.

They sent you many emails omitting and writing in small script that you've been subscribed to their monthly services, and after taking money deny refund the same day.
