You cancelled my first order for no valid reason on my behalf all funds were on my card and it is a legitimate card, then it took a number of emails and two weeks to get the money back to my card. Ari was helpful but it wasn't a good experience. I have tried again with PayPal

Have returned watch due to defective operation. Not a good experience as this was a gift and recipient was disappointed as product had to be returned. This cost me time and money to receive return number, repackage and drop off for shipment back to Ashford.

Ashford's website was easy to navigate and despite them having a large inventory to choose from I was able to find the watch I was looking for quickly and easily. Check out was simple, and I received my watch within a week. 10/10 will be buying my next watch from them as well.
After clicking to buy, there is no confirmation to take the buyer to the check out page or payment page. I almost bought 4 of the same item before I realized I had to click another icon for payment. The product description page for my watch could have been more informative.
