I made multiple attempts (four) to make this purchase. I used various payment methods using multiple personal cards. I attempted both Amazon pay and Google pay and received numerous website issues. I also had my attempted orders cancelled with a detailed explanation as to what may have been causing the issue. While the phone support (Jacob) attempted to help to the best of his ability, these setbacks were quite overwhelming. I am hoping this latest and last attempt will finally result in a fulfilled order.

100% scam site and company. April 4,2025 I bought a watch from ashford.com and nearly a month later (more than 20 business days), I haven't received my watch yet. After sales customer service has responded to my email with " continue to wait ", the tracking system shows no progress. It shows it is still waiting to be picked up at the warehouse by the logistics company. Every time I try to tell aftermarket customer service that package tracking is not updated, they keep telling me, This takes up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), but after 20 business days, I email them again. But this time they have completely ignored my email and haven't replied to me. Awful company work ethics, only desperate for money and there isn't even a refund page regardless you get your package or not. Only refund available is if you ship it back, but that ain't even an option since I never received my package in the first place.
