Paid for overnight shipping $29. Received the sunglasses five days later. Tracking shows they shipped same day. Company must not a paid for overnight shipping. Even though I did. Emailed with no response. I needed the sunglasses for vacation. Got them when I came back.

Terrible experience, received my order with custom fees equal to more than 30% of the total value so I refused it for it to be sent back, and without notice they kept almost $100 for no reason out of my refund after having waited a whole month to receive it, customer service is very bad and unresponsive and they will not justify this amount. Avoid this website by all means, the cost you save on the watches is not worth the risk, stay safe.

I placed an order for two eyeglass frames but only needed one. I researched your website and read that the orders could be modified before the shipment stage. I sent an email asking for one pair of frame be removed from my order and refunded. But unfortunately the employee decided to just cancel the entire order, sighting your shipping policy? Your website states that orders can be modified before they ship. I emailed my request to modify on the same day as placing the order. Unfortunately my entire order was canceled and I had to place an entirely new order. Imagine if I could not afford to place an entire second order and had to wait for the first order to be refunded before being able to replace my order and the glasses sold out! Per your advertised order modify, cancel policy listed online the order should have just been modified. What an inconvenience. Hopefully my new order goes through without any further issue.
