No responses from customer service and I received no refund. The watch is in terrible condition with a huge scratch on the face. It was packaged poorly as well. Box had oil smudges on it like someone handling the package had greasy fingers that stained the boxes.the watch was definitely used.

Disappointed... Optical Sale indicated applicable to "All Optical." However Code Opt15 in fact did not work on the clearly optical item I selected and attempted to purchase. Returned to purchase with less savings. Sale Advertising was misleading.

I purchased a Movado watch some time ago, but when it arrived, the diameter was too large for my wrist. I contacted Customer Service and received approval to return it. However, I wasn't aware that I'd be responsible for the return shipping costs. I asked if I could exchange it for a smaller model to waive the fee, but they declined. It's frustrating how difficult it is to judge watch sizes accurately from online photos. I did receive my refund, but based on this experience, I won't be shopping from this online store again.
