I recently purchased two Tissot watches from Ashford.com which were supposed to be supplied with COSC certificates and extended factory warranties but came with blank standard 2 year warranty cards.
After some back and forth and some confusion as to their status as an authorized dealer (which apparently they are but under their parent company's name) I received the correct paperwork for one of the watches, but not the other. They claim the ladies style doesn't come with the COSC certificate or extended warranty (even though Tissot says it is supposed to). Since Tissot said they would honor the warranty regardless there is not too much to be concerned about in the end and their price for the watch was unbeatable.
Their prices are very good, as was the prompt shipping, but the hassle of having to fight to get the correct paperwork (which I still didn't get for one of the watches) was aggravating. I have placed another order recently for a non-cosc Tissot. Hopefully this one will go smoothly.

Watch is great BUTi never received the full order - MISSING NATO BAND. Product purchase info says it comes with TWO BANDS (Metal / NYLON). I received only metal band. Still no resolution a week later from receiving watch.
My last purchase from Ashford was my 8th. And it was just as my first. Prompt processing and reliable shipping. I am in Australia and have never had to wait over 2 weeks for my watch to arrive from the U.S. Just about any of the other big sellers take at least 4 weeks if l am lucky.The quality of items is perfect, they are not factory 2nds. Or Chinese knock-offs but genuine brand items that you can register with the maker for warranty for instance.
