These are nice quality and good color glasses, but they are a little oversized for my taste. The shipping was extremely fast, and I appreciated that very much. Every Hamilton I have ordered from Ashford has been previously owned, used, and one of them didn't even work. I spoke with an Ashford representative and they said none of the Hamiltons use the original packaging either. I didn't receive any of the instructions that would come with the watch if you were to purchase it on a website such as Jomashop. The customer service representatives are very unwilling to make any compromises to make the customer happy. I was told unless I spent $3000 on a watch that they would not cover expedited shipping for a watch that they messed up on three times.
