I ordered a watch from this company and got an email confirmation about the charge of $64.18. The reference iD I was given was #w*******765. I was provided a tracking number and came to learn that the shipment was alleged to have been delivered to my front door. There was no proof given. Upon calling Ashford to notify them I never got the delivery and telling them that I have home security to prove no one came for a delivery on the date stated by UPS. They told me they would not refund me my money unless I filed a fraudulent police report and fake affidavit. I noticed them that I can prove no one came and yet despite this, the only way they offered any reconciliation was to create false claims to the police. They declined to see my camera footage and doorbell cam. They did not offer any refund unless I committed illegal acts like fraud to via affidavits and police reports. They ultimately stole my money as there was no delivery and no reasonable refund offered.
