Good experience, ground delivery service slow but good

A fantastic piece watch sold by Ashford but too little information by the manufacturer Nubeo.

I am hoping to get a refund for the watch. Many companies have a return label to print our, but this company does not. Therefore, I need to pay the return postage and a box for sending it back.
I most likely will not purchase from them again.

I purchased what supposed to be a "new" pair of Versace sunglasses. The price was really good but I should have trust my gut feeling that it felt too good to be true. But hey, what could go wrong with new sunglasses. They arrived around 10 days after purchase. The package looked fine but it was opened and sunglasses where not in the original wrap and they were... dirty. It was pretty obvious that someone had them on. Smudges on the inside and oily spots from the eyebrows. It was pretty disgusting. On top of that, they were same style of sunglasses as stated on the website but different model. Different shade of lenses and frames. The box had correct numbers but the frames showed different number. A lot darker. I contacted customer service, and I was asked to send them pictures of the product. They offered to provide a full refund for the product if I send it back. I jumped online to view the reviews. Things like that don't happen with legit vendors. On the surface the reviews looked good but when you look at the real reviews those paint a picture of a company that sends customers previously used merchandise. That's how they can offer such discounts. I decided to keep the sunglasses, frames and lenses didn't have scratches and I didn't want to wait forever to get my money back (see other reviews). Lesson learned, spend a few extra dollars and get what you expect.
