Thank you for your review. We do see that this in regards to an ongoing claim. We have sent over a video that will show you how to open the clasp. We even checked with Alpina and this is not a typical buckle closure.
It is required to push the buckle away from the pin before pulling on the strap. IF you do not, the strap will not be allowed to move.
