My experience was tainted by unreliable and misleading photos of the watch I purchased. Disappointingly there was an enormous discrepancy between what was presented online and what arrived in the mail. Furthermore it isn't until you read the 'fine print' that you realised your item does not actually qualify for a refund because you reside outside of the USA. A strong case of buyer beware!

The purchase process was very easy. Although I bought from Spain the shipping was really fast. And the support team answered my questions quickly.

I purchased an automatic Glycine watch from Ashford. When I received the watch, I set the time and date wound it and set it aside. It stopped working within the first hour. I wound it again and it worked for several hours until it stopped. Thinking the reserve power was not enough to keep it wound, I put the watch on and it seemed to work for about half a day until it stopped.

I reached out to customer service and explained the problem. Their response is - do a video. I explained that the video would not show the problem because it would have to video the watch for several hours.

Later, their response was - "nevermind, you wore the watch, so you'll have to send it to Glycine for warranty service. That's our policy!" Are you kidding me? You sent me a non-working watch, so I just have to deal with it.

Do not buy from Ashford.

Easy to find the product I was looking for and product arrived in 3 days regular shipping

The prices for watches are all over the place - sometimes on a daily basis. I was able to save $30 on my watch just by waiting an extra day. Strangely, it was more expensive on its "Rock bottom sale" than it was on a regular fall sale price. I was skeptical on the Rock bottom price and decided to save an extra day and literally 12 hours difference paid off.

I'm not sure if there's a price tracker for Ashford, but if there is, I'd avail myself of it.

Love these watches, incredible quality. Most watches, even designer watches, do not have Swiss cases and movements. These are the best. The technology speaks for itself with testing from 1986. It's the only energy science product sold at a luxury level.

I ordered total of eight watches from Ashford and two of the watches needed battery because they weren't working. I spent $20 each total of $40. Im really unhappy how come you are sending watches without checking them they are fully operating or not.

The export charges are mentioned on the website that you will be charged, but not included when you buy the watch. I got ripped off an extra £115, in dollars it's $140 i had to pay UPS otherwise i wasn't getting the watch. Not happy about that at all, the full amount should be mentioned on the website, not just a sentence.

I have the watch now and its excellent condition. Sure I will buy more for my family. 100% recommend this website.
