Smooth transaction, product exactly as described/illustrated. For buyers north of the border in Canada, it would be very helpful to have some alternate shipping options. Express shipping via UPS is the only choice the website allows at checkout, and for Canadians who have experienced UPS orders from US vendors can attest, it gets very expensive compared to the US Postal Service when packages are crossing a border.

I had a refund of close to 300 in 2017. When I called in and chatted online today to check how to spend it, I was told the refund was with the previous owner, and there's nothing they can do about it. RIDICULOUS! I guess that will never come back. Also, the customer service I called had a terrible attitude.
