I purchased Kenneth Cole New York Watch and upon receiving it is not working. The watch is Dead. And if you try to reached them it will take forever to get a response from them.
Shopping experience as just ok. Watch was shipped quickly, but as a first time buyer from this site, the returns policy is pretty crappy, they don't send you a label unless you are exchanging, a return you must pay for the return on your own. Not likely to buy from this site again.
