I ordered may 25th with promises that I would receive a tracking number, I never received one nor do I know if my order has been shipped or the status. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Yeah, the ad said it was new but it looked like a returned item cleaned up and repackaged as it came in a separate box aside from the original box and without any protective film or original tags. I checked carefully for any scratches and thankfully, there weren't any. And I suppose I was able to purchase it for less than original retail but still, I felt little bit duped. I think I would have still purchased it if the description more accurately stated that it was reconditioned. Obviously, Ashford is not the authorized dealer for B & M but they do offer their own 2 year warranty, which is about as long as what B & M offers. This is not a watch with complex movement, so I don't expect a quality Swiss watch to crap out so quickly in next 2 years.
