I went to the UPS office to pick up the watch and they didn't have it. So they checked with another place and they didn't have it. Finally we were all looking at the notice and the name of an auto parts store was listed which I thought was just an error. But the very helpful UPS customer rep told us that they do use other stores and places as drop off points. He called and auto parts place did have it. So we dashed over there and got it. But really that is a strange system and if it wasn't for the persistent UPS staff person I would've just made an annoyed call the next day.
UPS could not call me before delivery. So I missed 2 deliveries and had to wait till 8pm for the third delivery. Did not allow me to request for change in delivery via the website. Ashford should consider giving the customers options to not use UPS.
