Process was simple. Delivery seemed to take a bit but nowadays that isn't unusual.
The watch came without proper cover and the box entirely fell apart as I opened it. It seems like a used item even though I ordered new. I cannot explain how bad the condition of the box was, I need yo return but bot getting response.
For some reason UPS are the worst delivery company to deal with I paid my duties on my watches I have done in past purchases and still the hassle I got to get it delivered was ridiculous I stopped buying from your store in the past before this and I'm afraid to this the last time unless you change or give an option to use DHL

As a international purchaser from Australia I received my watch very quickly.Could not be more happier with their processes.
Needed to get a gift for groomsmen and had a good price on watches. The watch boxes were a bit dirty and slightly damaged but watches were fine.
The watch I received was DOA. It had a dead battery, the plastic ring retainer (inside) was broken, and it had no paperwork. The watch was not placed on the cushion inside the Invicta box as well...just laying sideways in box. Its hard to tell if it will last, frankly I couldn't tell if it was a counterfeit or not.
Very comfortable light weight sunglasses. Especially for motorcycle riding!
