Great store, but the check-out web page was tedious and not at all intuitive, no cue, no ding, no arrow, now scroll, just can't get the order button to work. Then, during this confusion, finally, hitting the "Purchase" button for the 29th time and that one clicked the order went through. This as quickly as I could I back-tracked and added the item that Brad's Deals initially hooked me up to, the item rung up first was the #2 item I wanted. Either way, that a minute apart, and for a $30 2 item weighs total about 4 oz, so shipping was $5.99, happens, no complaint, but then charge it again, you mean shipping, that is: I pay $12 shipping on a $27 purchase, that probably costs THEM under a dollar postage. I don't think that's reasonable.

Transaction was quick and easy. After I placed my order it was quickly shipped, and I received it good working order.

Really BAD EXPERIENCE.
Even though Ashford still advertisers optical frames I did order I was told that those frames are out of stock. I wonder, WHY?
At the end instead of frames I received my money back.
So NEVER AGAIN Ashford.

The price was better than any other site. I am a loyal Hamilton fan. I started with a 1948 Thin-O-Matic and have added 4 more modern Hamilton watches.

Super comfortable watch, gives me go anywhere do anything g-shock vibes but in a more stylish way in my opinion. The size is just right for my slightly under 7" wrist. When purchasing I was a little concerned the 22mm strap was going to be too "thick" but it looks and feels amazing. Again, very comfortable and great looking watch. Purchasing through Ashford was quick and easy. Got delivered a day ahead of the initial estimated date. Great experience overall, highly recommend.

It was the cheapest price I had seen for Oakley glasses. It was easy to order and the shipping was very fast.

I was happy that the watch was available at a discount. However, when the watch finally came, the import duties were higher than the price I paid. I could have bought the watch cheaper locally from an AD.

It would be helpful if Ashford added the import taxes at the time of purchase, an option that Jomashop offers which is quite helpful.

So far it was quick and easy. Let's see if minutes gets to me in the time I paid for.
