Very easy to use this site, delivery was as promised, packaging was ample. I had to go to a jeweler to get the band adjusted to fit my wrist. You would think that adjusting the time and date would be straight forward, but it is not, you have to unlock the crown to adjust both. Once you know the proper steps, it is easy, but you risk damaging the watch if you don't know the proper steps for adjustment.
