I've purchased several watches from your company. This time, however, I received a used one. Here's why I believe it's used: First, there are pen marks on the strap. Second, the price tag is missing. I thought it wasn't there originally, but I confirmed it after watching an unboxing video of the same model on YouTube. I received it in Korea through an American shipping agent, so it's difficult to return it, so I'm just using it. I'm very disappointed in your company's product management.
