This is my second order of this product. The first one arrived used. It had no price tag and wasn't even wrapped. Someone had already used it. This second one arrived brand new.
I've purchased several watches from your company. This time, however, I received a used one. Here's why I believe it's used: First, there are pen marks on the strap. Second, the price tag is missing. I thought it wasn't there originally, but I confirmed it after watching an unboxing video of the same model on YouTube. I received it in Korea through an American shipping agent, so it's difficult to return it, so I'm just using it. I'm very disappointed in your company's product management.
