Arpita was incredible. She took care of every detail and even called me back w/better deals she found to accommodate me. Great customer service and she deserves a raise. I felt bad I was unaware this is what airlines are doing now & felt uncomfortable leaving a tip for services rendered. I am on an extremely tight budget & look forward to traveling to Greece to see my family. Even if I left a small tip I'd consider it insulting. Many apologies and wish you the best!
