Had one of the worst experience buying my plane ticket. Very doubtful about their policy and rules. So many processing even after transaction has been made. That there is a conference meeting to confirm my purchase and was later on asked for my SSS#. I refused to give them my info, but it took long stressful hours to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction. My family travels every year and is always looking for the best price and never did we encounter this kind of problem. Very disappointing. I would think twice before making a purchase with this Company again. Why do I have to go through all those process? The Agent, Franklin was exceptional though. Exceeded expectation of what customer service is. Job well done. Overall, be careful about giving your private information and avoid sales talk with them and just purchase your ticket.

Terry did an excellent job giving me all of the options, costs, etc. I will come back when I have complicated future travels.
The only issue I have was that the rates was not as competitive and when the deal was over, I wasn't given the confirmation I was looking for -- travel receipts, good electronic tickets from PAL and final confirmation of seat reservations and additional fees charged to my account were "Odd". Never got an answer back from Delfin after that but he told me that it's on the part of PAL. So we will just have to wait. Hope to get a response soon before my flight. Errors made was at the expense of the client, too. Name error made a change in price when it was rebooked. Well, I wouldn't recommend them to friends. Not sure if these same errors will happen. So, better stop with me. But overall, it was just FINE. Hope this is legit.
