I am a frequently fly for business around the world and normally just deal with the airline direct. However, I was not prepared to pay the ridiculous business class flight cost United wanted, so decided to try a consolidator. I read reviews and was very skeptical but I went through the motions as a comparison. I had a specific date, time period and route I wanted to fly. Ariel was extremely patient and consistently provided various options. I agreed on what I thought was the ideal route and timing. The result was a saving of $3100.
Agent was so fantastic and helpful. Tickets here are cheaper too. I booked 2 trip to the Philippines and the agent was so helpful and patient in searching the dates and prices that I wanted. Thank you Pierre.
It gave it a good because I think they could be more clear in their pricing and advertising. When they say that there's no ITN charge, it really is at the end when you pay. They don't explain that very well. It's a charge that ASAP charges to book with airlines. You also have a choice to not protect your ticket, which is nice. Yes, better explanation of the fees would be nice. I have used them twice already and their prices are better than anyone else's and would recommend them. Just need patience in their English, little hard to understand sometimes.

We searched the web for airfares finding only high prices or inconvenient itineraries. A friend recommended ASAP Tickets. Our whole price with a non-stop flight, taxes, fees, baggage, AND insurance was $400 less (each ticket) than any base price we were finding. There is a process... I was referred to asap. Tickets by mom who booked a trip for France. I booked a round trip for South Korea. Geneva assisted me every step of the way. From A to Z! She stayed for her shift later than normal to make sure everything was finalized for me. She was truly kind, genuine and thorough. Answered all my questions. I have personally worked in customer service and support for over 17 years and I have never been treated so incredibly well. Absolutely mind blowing. This may sound like an over the top review but I believe in positivity & all too often we focus on negative. So I wanna make sure I praise this great experience.
