I did my booking on the phone while I was at work. Vyerra was very helpful and was very knowledgeable with the booking procedures. However, at this time, I am still not clear with all the information I need to know and will definitely need to call ASAP again and talk to her for all the questions I have i. E. seat assignments in all my flights, number of checked-in luggage allowed, and number of carry on (weights) allowed, etc. This is my second time to use ASAP for my trip to the Philippines.
