Overall, the agent did a good job in finding a route that was acceptable and was responsive with calls and emails. It would have been a good idea for the agent to note and say it clearly that certain tickets that she was offering would only allow one checked in bag, and may have other limitations versus the assumption that a person would have 2 checked in bags in international travel.
Otherwise, the service was fine!

I just purchased a return ticket to Asia for November and had an amazing customer representative. His name is Rogelio. I was looking for a reasonably priced airfare, Short layover and 1 stop plus one connecting flight to my final Asian destination. Rogelo sent me options and he also called to talk about other options. I am used to booking online for my travels but this was the first time I spoke to a real person at online agency or from booking straight from the airline webpage. He was so good, honest and so soft spoken too. Highly recommend ASAP and hope you get Rogelio as your agent too. 5 star for

My last interaction with Ticket Agent Apaar was excellent. (06/02/2023).
However the customer service that I received before hand was unsatisfactory. I had problems with my purchased ticket. I am the caretaker of my sister who recently had spinal surgery. Her recovery is going slow.
I did not realize there would be such a problem with getting a refund for my ticket. I called the airline that I am flying on, SAS, and they told me that if I had purchased the ticket directly from them that I would have received a refund.
My sister is still in need of my care. I did make an exchange to shorten my trip to help her but I still may need to cancel it.
I had called 3 different customer service reps who have not called me back although I left a few messages with each one of them.
As I wrote above, the customer service representative, Apaar, was very helpful.
However, the fact that the previous customer service representatives did not contact me back is unacceptable.
