ASAP Ticket is a fantastic travel agency. Even though I am trying to remember exactly when I first used it, I came across it while looking for an airfare ticket for a family emergency about 5 or 6 years ago. I had a great experience with one of the ASAP agents, Pluto, and saved his contact information in my email. So this week, I needed an international flight for the last minutes of vacation travel and looked in my email and found his contact and contacted him. I believe either he was on vacation or different time zone; he connected me with his co-worker, another agent named Craft. Both of them were terrific professional travel agent representatives. They know how to service their customer. Their professionalism, respect, patience, listening, and communication skills over the phone or email are a few of the highlights of the excellent customer service they provide me. I will see my booked flight experiences, write more, and share my experiences in detail after I complete my travels.
