First time to buy through this service. The representative was excellent and very polite. But the system is set up to make more money. Even a tip service. And it is set up so it looks like he (the representative) did a poor job if you do not add a lot of money for his or her's tip. The additional benefits they want you to add. Are likely minimal, due to the "up too $1000". For an oversea's ticket that would ensure additional money will still be paid even after the $1000 credit.
