My travel agent named Geneva is very helpful for me to get the best deal possible for my international trip.

Agents are very patient in looking and helping to find a cheaper tickets, they will not leave you until you are satisfied, the only problem i am having with ASAP is that after the transaction is done you want to call back after you purchase your ticket is that the agent give you her or his direct line you but unfortunately if you want to purchase another ticket you cant get her or him back to answer,then other agent will answer and will say if you have an agent then we will transfer you to him but the agent you have is not available

He has guided me through a lot of questions, found the best deals for me, and has been available by phone and email whenever I've had questions or needed advice. He gets back to me within a couple of hours to help me. He has stayed on the phone with me for over an hour as we looked for the best travel itineraries. He is calm when I am feeling really anxious; he is knowledgable when I am stymied by all of the airlines' websites. He is also funny and has a sense of humor when I needed some levity in the process. I highly recommend him as an agent at ASAP.
