Lautner was a fantastic agent! He booked a complicated family trip with my grandchildren from the US to France; we all live in different States (California, Colorado, Washington). My travel expert went above and beyond their job to get me the right travel plan that I was seeking. There were many delays on my part do some unforced circumstances and my agent was patient with me through the whole process.
