Purchased their " Premium plan" for purposes of Rebooking at no charge if needed. Requested flight cancelation shortly after booking,Representative never responded. Repeated emails and Voicemail requests ignored. Almost caused me to lose my Overseas flight as a No~Show had I not contacted Airlines directly.
When trying to rebook ( same flight 1 week later) they wanted to charge High additional fees. Got Transferred around to so many representatives, was placed on Hold long periods, received Poor Excuses from " Supervisor " for the additional fees, They refuse to honor the plan they sell you at time reservation being made. Very Unethical Co.They do not treat you as a Valued Customer once the sale is made. They advertise Low Prices but when you call prices jump unbelievably higher. ***AVOID the headaches, frustrations, excuses, rudeness, unnecessary transfers etc, book directly with Airlines or Different Agency. I've used many Travel Companies have Never had such a Bad Experience. Be Warned!
