Dear Management of ASAP,
I am writing to share feedback about my recent service experience with Holmes, with the hope that it may help improve communication and customer service moving forward.
As I mentioned previously to Stone, I did not receive updates regarding any issues affecting my booking. A brief message explaining the situation or letting me know that I would be referred to another colleague due to an emergency would have been very helpful. The lack of communication left me uncertain and quite stressed about the status of our travel arrangements.
I was also under the impression that the reservation discussed on January 23 for myself, my wife, my son, and my son's fiancée had been secured. However, based on how the situation later unfolded, it seems this may not have been finalized as I had understood. This was disappointing, especially since I had emailed Holmes requesting that the tickets be issued within the 24-hour grace period to secure the fare we discussed that day. I have kept copies of these emails for reference.
I truly appreciate that Stone stepped in to assist me, and I am grateful for his patience and professionalism. In fact, because of Stone's excellent customer service and support, we decided to proceed with booking our flight through him despite my earlier experience. However, I am still unable to receive the fare that was originally quoted on January 23, which has added to my disappointment with the overall situation.
Given the circumstances, I hope the company might consider some form of goodwill gesture in recognition of the inconvenience. I believe this would demonstrate your commitment to service quality and customer care.

The agent was very helpful. He helped me find the ticket that was suitable to my needs.He extremely patient as I went over the work.

It was a pleasant experience even if flight requested was kind of short notice, although there will be a lot of cancellation due to arctic weather here.
Rocawa was very patient and thorough in dealing with me.
My only noy so positive experience is the airline does not have advanced seat assignment on on the long flight, not an ASAP policy.

Typical: helpful, patient, but hard to understand. Also pushing everything extra they can even if you say no to all at the beginning. That is disrespectful

Travel agent Jandaria is so accommodating and had worked her way to help us booked a flight to attend the funeral of my sister.

I stumbled across this site while trying to book a last minute trip. I was skeptical at first but when I got on the phone with Ashby she was so warm and conversational. She did a great job at putting my skepticism at ease. She took all the guesswork out of planning my flights and did not rest until she found something that worked best for me in my price range. The best part was that I found a flight with a better option at a cheaper rate and Ashby was able to match it. She was patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% comfortable with my purchase before ending the call. I'd use ASAP tickets again and would deal directly with Ashby.

Our new itinerary fits our needs and physical conditions without staying overnight in Taipei for both ways. Otherwise, it would have been a total nightmare.
