One of the pieces was damaged
I had never had shutters on my home before. I had checked with 3 local hardware stores in my area to see up close what they looked like and to match colors with my new siding. I decided to check online to compare prices in the same brand. Architectural Depot popped up on my Google search. I found the website to be very informational, they had the same color I wanted and at a FAR BETTER price! Even after shipping! I did check with their support people to make sure I was measuring correctly before I ordered. The communication was excellent, even telling me along the route where the package was and when to expect them. They even got here earlier than expected! No damage to any of the boxes, all were in excellent condition and they checked up to make sure I was happy with my order. THIS is what ALL companies should be mirroring when it comes to customer service! Well done! Order with Confidence!
