We really love the shutters we received from Architectural Depot. They have really added a tremendous amount to the appearance of our home. My husband easily installed them in a short amount of time. They come with everything needed and Architectural Depot has great products.

The price for the shutters was a little high.

My fault, but I didn't need the screws and closures that were suggested that other who bought the shutters also bought. I thought it was a little tricky because the screws and closures come with the shutters. I should have known.

I needed 14.5 by 66 inch with 3 inch wide Mullion unfortunately I got 14 by 66 with 2 inch Mullion probably my fault

Overall, the shopping experience was very nice. The only thing I wish was different was that chat box (for customer assistance via a live associate) kept popping up every time I opened a new page. I wished that the chat box would not pop up at all, and that the service would only begin when I initiated it. Thanks.
