Actual shipping date was much later than originally scheduled. Caused delays with my project, but this was a custom order. Maybe they could have planned better before committing to a ship date

Was supposed to receive tracking number when product shipped, did not receive the tracking number until a day after we received the product. Contacted customer service on numerous occasions asking when our products would be shipped but no one would return my calls. Terrible customer service.

Didn't take long to find the item, but couldn't figure out how to order and pay for it! Not necessary to follow up, if I'm not satisfied you'll know about it soon enough. If the measurements are right and the color is right don't see much to fuss about.
