Very hard to return to cart do like other sites and allow option for continue shopping

The initial ship date was not valid. Initial calls stated the products had shjipped and I would get another email with the tracking. However, that didn't occur. I called again and received a different ship date. The ship date was actually the day I received them.

I called architectural depot talk to the sales men he placed my order and even told me how to install the shutters. He asked if i had any other questions that he could help me with.Will buy from them again.

FYI, the tracking information you told me I would receive by email never came and I could never find it online when I checked my order number. This also happened with my previous order. I was glad that I called you so you could confirm that the shutters were actually on their way.

I love the shutters! The quality is excellent. They are great looking and not a style that every other house on my block has.
