Great pics with all the info easy to find!
I originaly placed an order, was given a tenative ship date, date came and gone,no call or email, I called, was told manufacture did not have in stock, couldn' tell me when they might be avaialble, was told they would call me, no call, called back was informed it would be another week, long story short, had to cancell original order and pay more money for a different manufactures product, not willing to discount new product, had additional cost, had to have painters return since the product was not avaiable. New product did not come with screws as indicated on web page. Finally installed shutters, glad the process is complete...

Slow shipping the products out. Many were out of stock but said would be shipped. Some broken when I got it. Very Slow to get product.
