I have purchased a total of 95 pairs of the these shutters - not ONE problem at all. Highly recommend Architectural Depot! The shutters add a nice homey touch to otherwise boring garage window. Thanks for all your help.
One shutter came with warped slats on the lower section. I was able to somewhat straighten them with a heat using a hairdryer. Too much trouble to return it, so I'm living with it. Also, one set was missing the rubber caps for the screws. I called two weeks ago for replacements, then had to call two days ago to learn they were just shipped the day before. Still waiting for them. I did order two more sets. Hopefully they will not be warped and will have all the components.
There was confusion on your end...I called and the delivery information was sketchy. It seems your company didn't know I had received it...very odd.
I have ordered previously from architecturaldepot.com. Can't be the prices or the service. Orders always come fast and undamaged. The products are always a great value for the price as well.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to navigate the website for product and to place my order. The shipment was one item short when received, but Architectural Depot cheerfully made up the difference in an expedited shipment.
The only minor problem was that the product as it did not sit flat (slightly, but noticeably warped). It was impossible to follow the directions for mounting with finishing nails while the adhesive took hold. The product (all three pieces) had to be bolted to the wall in order to get it to lie flat.
We are very pleased with the look, and we are about to place another order for similar product.
