Found on google & web site was relatively easy to navigate.
I ordered the 12-inch wide, but realized I should've gotten the 14.5-inch wide. I've sent the 12-inch back (with RMA number) and am waiting for a refund. I've ordered and received the 14.5-inch pairs now. Customer service agreed to waive re-stocking since I did an exchange, rather than a return. Shipping was quick. Just waiting on that refund.
