Have placed several orders and I am always satisfied with the service and products I receive.
Everything was good except the fact that this order had to go common carrier becuase of the length. That was not so much a problem in inself, but to try to track it was cumbersome and required many calls.Then when I call ed the common carrier office on our end, I was told that delivery needed to be scheduled and signed for, then after all that it was just left outside with no notice and got wet in the rain. Common Carrier procedure needs some refining and more info up front to customer.
Is there someone there who can see a picture of what I'm trying to match and perhaps make a few suggestions? I'm going blind looking at all of the crown moulding. I could text a picture phone to phone maybe. Thanks, *******@aol.com

Great variety of High quality product & easy ordering.
The shutters are good, but that screws they sent stripped at the first time they hit some resistance even though I drilled pilot holes.
Everything came in good shape and on time. It was the exact color I ordered. The only thing I would recommend is that you replace those plastic screws that came with the shudders for metal it makes for much easier installation.

My overall experience was very satisfying. I found Architectural depot to have a user friendly website capable of providing quality materials to builders, and developers, with prices reasonable and affordable for the average homeowner as well. Delivery was also completed within a timely manner, with email notification of processing, tracking and shipping.
