I received my items in a timely manner. That was actually the only good thing about it. My items were of very very poor quality so I called. I was told I was the first customer in line but I was on hold for 25 minutes. When they answered the line I was told I could not return the items. I informed them that that information was not stated online. They finally agreed to let me return the items but I would be charged a 20% restock fee. I have returned the items. Hopefully I will get my money soon but I do not think I will be reordering from Architectural Depot again. Thank You, Omaris Cantillo

At checkout there was no indication of any additional shipping costs to be expected. I informed my client of the cost of the product and proceeded to make the order. Two weeks after it was ordered I was expecting the product. Instead I received an email requesting my approval for an additional $150 to be charged to my credit card for shipping expenses. Isn't shipping these items part of what you do every day? I would have expected to see a shipping warning or disclaimer on the website when I selected this product, but there were not any. I reluctantly paid the charges because I needed the item and I couldn't hold the project up any longer. And it would be ridiculous for me to ask my client for additional money to cover this expense after I had quoted them a total price. So I ate the additional cost - as you should have in the first place.
