This was a very easy site to purchase from, even off my phone. I'm incredibly disappointed that the shipping was as much as the product! I was not shown what the shipping charges were going to be until I had already logged into Pay Pal.
There is no reason to charge that much on shipping for a light medallion like this. Most places offer free shipping.

Did not ship for two weeks after original promise date. Called multiple times and got nothing except "I need to email the warehouse". Finally insisted on speaking to supervisor and two days later my order finally shipped.
One box was delivered late because it was sent to Georgia, not Illinois. That box had a shutter with a corner broken. I'm frustrated with customer service which was horrible. Product is ok but I've never dealt with a company with such poor communication.
