We ordered shutters for our home. First we ordered for just one window to see how we liked it. We were very pleased and immediately ordered shutters for the rest of the house. They were shipped promptly and easy to install, though installation instructions were pretty vague.
It took longer to get than expressed. Product looked awful. At least their 15 ft. Off the ground so after spending more than a day to repair and re-prime they are passable for a garage. I'm a cabinet maker and I could hardly believe what I saw when I opened the box. If you are expecting to install this product out to the box dream on. Plan on a day or two for repair and re-priming. Will not take a chance on ordering anything again. You can call this excessively negative but I'm just saying it how it is. I'm probably wasting my time with this comment.

Actual dimensions of item ordered were significantly smaller than online description, thus making medallion unusable for my particular situation. Customer service researched, found online description was indeed inaccurate and allowed me to order a different medallion, free of charge. Disappointed that original item was not as described, but satisfied that customer service provided an alternative promptly and free of charge.

The shopping process was simplified with the interactive tools to preview styles and colors. The shutters arrived within two days and were in perfect condition. Assembly directions were easy to follow.
The only problem is it took so long to receive the shutters. Now I have to order more and I know I will have to wait a long time.
I love the product
Could not find the flow rates on urethane gable vents, and was confused as to what the rates were compared to wooden counterparts. When I received my vents, they didn't have screens, which I was surprised about.
