I didn't realize this product was plastic.
The only problem was an incorrect tracking number was provided and we had a hard time finding where the order was.
Selection was great, ordered product, received it quicker then I thought and everything was in perfect order. Came with instructions of how exactly to install. Followed it exactly and now my painting and finishing completed the project and could not be more happy.
Will certainly use these folks again. Absolute straight 5 star company. Their follow up was spectacular.
Have good selection of shutters, easy to order. My only negative would be on the "custom" size order we received. I wish I would have realized that the custom shutters came with only the shutter loks and not the screws. Our other order came with both loks and screws. When I called about ordering the screws, they charge $3.19 for a set of 12, and $12.79 for shipping!
Thinking they surely wouldn't charge the costly shipping charge for such a small item, I called customer service and was told I would be held to that shipping charge. Not going to happen!
Otherwise, I had a good experience and they offer a good selection of products.

Absolutely love it!
Your web site does well to sort products for viewing, but does a terrible job by always sending back to the beginning of your sort, not to where you left off. Also, when you get to the bottom, there is not enough space between the page choice buttons and the automatic send back to the middle of the page, making a very frustrating browse experience. I have enjoyed seeing your product, but I would not bother again to go through the aggravation.

I called to make sure I got the correct size post wrap and ordered it with them. I got the wrong size post wrap and they told me it was my fault and they would not replace it or refund me. I put in a CC dispute so I hope I get my money back. Don't buy from these people
Didn't deliver mounting brackets as quoted. Left message and never got a return phone call. You suck.
