I purchased $500 of running house trim from these folks based on the photo they had on their website. When I received this material, it did NOT look like the photo -- it was distorted & stretched. When I attempted to get them to make me the correct product or refund my money, they insisted that all items were custom made & I could not return it. I could understand that, if I had changed my mind, the product would not be returnable but... this product was totally misrepresented on their website & it cost me $500 of my VERY HARD EARNED MONEY. This folks need to do the right thing & return my money or make me the correct product that they advertised.

I LOVE my new shutters and hardware. They look great on my house, quality was good, and were easy to install.

We ordered shutters, including quarter-round shutter tops for the entire front of our home. They had them in stock, in the correct color and size. They shipped immediately, and arrived on time.
Everything was easy and understandable.
We received the item and it was satisfactory but we were not able to use it where we wanted to because the ceiling was so uneven there were large gaps on the edges. We might try to use it somewhere else in the house.

The product arrived in a very beat up package/box, the wood on the corners was dented in or cracked from the package being dropped on the corners. The manufacturer did a terrible job in properly shipping the item.
Good experience. A couple of times I didn't end up where I thought I would when I hit the back arrow, but nothing serious. I rec'd my order on time and liked them a lot. Unfortunately one broke when we installed it, but we were able to mend it, altho it shows. Probably our fault, but I wish the korbel had been a bit stronger. Also wish they hadn't been quite as expensive. I needed 4 for a project and they were by far the most expensive part. However, they were almost exactly what I wanted and AD was the only place I found them.

Web site is not performing as it should. Long response times and it does not always recognize request. Thought I would never get to subsequent pages to look at additional products. Would not let me sign in to Amazon for payment. Like the choices of products, just not the online experience. Don't know that I would try it again.
