I needed all of my shutters to be white, two are black and that's a huge problem. When I called the customer service the phone didn't work and now I'm just stuck with them.

Pretty easy picking the perfect bracket...easy ordering...they were as beautiful as we expected!

So far, easy and available product selection with size and color and styles that I wanted to see!

Prices are very reasonable have to see what the product looks like

I was found the piece I needed at Architectural Depot, it was fairly priced, and it was exactly as I thought it would be. I thought the shipping was a bit expensive, but other than that I was totally satisfied.

Although I have not yet installed the shutters(due to weather restrictions) they appear to be exactly what I expected. The prices were better than anywhere else I could find. I would have been happier if the order was shipped quicker than it did, however, it was in and around the holidays and there was no charge for shipping so I can't be too disappointed. Will definitely recommend to others and use again when needed.
