I purchased window shutters from your site. The quality of the product was lower than what I was expecting for the price, even though the shutters were on the lower end of the price scale. In other words, I didn't feel like I got $600 worth of shutters. The shutters were finished on the front, top, bottom and sides, but they did not have a back. This was not able to be determined from the pictures on the site. Had I known that, I would likely not have purchased those shutters and may have gone with a more expensive but sturdier option. Showing a section through the stiles and rails would have been helpful. Also, I purchased some mounting hardware that was not usable because of the way the shutters were manufactured.

My shopping experience was very good. I was able to search for the product that I wanted and in most cases speak to a knowledgable and pleasant representative.

The only problem that I had was that I ordered shutters for 9 windows and insufficient screws were mailed with the shutters. I called to have the remaining screws mail to me, but still have not received them.

The shutters are so beautiful that missing screw is very tolerable. I just hope to receive them soon.

I ordered shutters on May 26. I received an email from your firm May 27 stating an estimated shipment date of June 13. After hearing nothing more and with the order a week past the estimated shipping date, I phoned your customer service on June 22 asking status of my order. This took a couple days (good job at your firm by Emily with follow up). Received email on June 23 stating that shutters had shipped. They arrived at my home June 24 - but your email notice stating that the order was shipping arrived later that evening, June 24 at 10:30pm (after the arrival). I sent in a question as to whether my shutters came with the "paintable" option on Friday night. I received very prompt and good feedback from Layla on the question. My only suggestion is to do better with on time communication of shipping date expectation and on time notification of shipping status. The product arrived with a small shipping related "dent" on the shuttler; but not major issue. I can work around this. I was able to paint the shutters easily and am pleased with the quality.
