Took a while to ship but shutters were exactly what I wanted.
Easy shopping. Found what I was looking for. Product was correct color and quality seems to be good. We will be installing the shutters this weekend so I will know more then. I did send a question concerning receiving credit from my purchase of shutter samples onto the order of my shutters and have not gotten any response to that question. Would like a reply.
Matching screws which I ordered with shutters never arrived.
The Ferrules arrived and were junk- did not use.

Although the selection and prices are great the shipping is overpriced. I ordered two items which totaled $20 & the shipping was almost $16!

We are very satisfied with the shutters we received. The shade was accurate to what we expected and they are a bright beautiful asset to our home. We did have some confusion and concerns with the shipping, but with the order number it was easy and hassle free to quickly rectify the situation. We will use this company again and would recommend to our friends and family.

Delivery time was miss-stated and customer service was not a good experience in as much as one customer service rep had the information need to adjust the delivery time and was unavailable at the time I needed the info due to meetings and work schedule. One rep stepped up and acquired the information and relayed the new delivery schedule the next day after several calls and emails trying to get the correct information. Seems to be a disconnect with customer service and warehouse/shipping.
