Just missing one set of screws. They are a little too shiny for the surface of the black shutters - they stand out a little from the street distance, but it was nice they are painted black. We would have had a hard time finding them ourselves. Shutters are a little lighter than expected but look fine.

Site it easy to navigate and find what you need. The prices are the best I have found. A warehouse problem delayed shipping of my shutters but they came sooner than the expected ship date. I am very happy with the product and will be placing another order soon.
