Product as described. Shipping took 3 weeks. Called customer service after 2 weeks. Response that I got was that I could cancel my order if did not want to wait. After they finally shipped the shutters arrived quickly

The initial shipment was received damaged, but was replaced promptly.

We received our order of board and batten shutters jut in time for our painters to spray them. My husband finished putting the last of them up today and they look awesome. We had looked all around for reasonable shutters and your company was the best buy and loved the free shipping and of course no sales tax. That in itself is a great saving.
